This notice describes personal-data processing through the Arclune informational website and enquiries sent to us.

Visiting this website

Our hosting provider processes technical request data needed to serve and secure the website, such as IP address, requested URL, time of access, browser information and response status. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The production website is prepared for hosting by Vercel. Details of its processing are available in Vercel’s privacy policy and data processing addendum. Access-log retention depends on the hosting configuration and provider security requirements.

Cookies, analytics and embedded content

The website code does not set cookies, use browser local storage, or include analytics, advertising pixels or contact forms. Fonts, portraits and the 3D model are served with the site. Interacting with the 3D scene does not send interaction data to Arclune.

Links to LinkedIn, GitHub and other websites open third-party services only when followed. Those services apply their own privacy policies. Hosting-level security measures are governed by the provider’s policies.

Contacting us

If you email us, we process your email address, name and information you choose to send to respond to your enquiry. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps connected with a contract or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for business communication.

We keep correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry, manage a resulting relationship and meet applicable retention obligations. You can contact us to request deletion where no overriding obligation applies.

Recipients and international processing

Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf. Vercel operates internationally, and processing may take place outside the EEA. Where required, transfers must be covered by a valid adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses described in the provider’s data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future.
